Tartufo Ristorante

Tartufo was created by Owner/Manager Anna Mountzuris and Owner/Executive Chef Dante Bellucci. Anna explains the concept for the restaurant entailed a "blending and enticing assortment of organic meats, fish, vegetables, and of course fresh baked bread, all in the Abruzzese tradition."

Chef Dante Bellucci was raised in Pescara, Italy. He acquired the secrets to his cooking from his home town which was very important in the abruzzo area of east central Italy where the well known Culinary school in Villa Santa Maria, for years was the regional melting pot for the unique Abruzzese recipes. Dante honed his cooking skills in America and decided to showcase his Abruzzese cooking by bringing his love of cooking to Tartufo Ristorante.
